2003 Ford Expedition V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2003 Expedition and was installing a new system when finishing up. I started to tighten up the positive terminal back on and accidently touched both positive and negative at the same time creating a spark. Since then the truck wont start or crank (Not one sound comes out the engine) mu odometer stoped working and reads out only ( Trip ). Can someone please help me? Its a show truck and Im a big DIY type of guy that made a error.

Check fuse 101 30 amp in junction box behind right kick panel

Tried that it didnt work. Took it to the dealership and let them deal with it. Thanks for the help thou.
