Sometimes when I turn off my engine and try to restart it, it will not start. But, if I let it sit there for about 45 minutes to an hour, then it would restart. Example: I cut off the engine as I ran to my apartment to get an book for one of my courses, and as soon as I got ready to turn the ignition, it would not turn at all. There was nothing wrong with the battery because the lights and radio were functioning. Now, as I went back into the house for about an hour, then come back out to cut on the ignition, it started like it was supposed to. It happened to me again at a grocery store. Some people have told me it was the starter going bad. What is it?
