1998 Ford Escort 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

car has no spark or fuel to injectors fuel pump runs and no codes come up I have checked crank senser cam senser coil ecm and timing every thing test good I also check wires from all sensors to ecm? Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong

Check and test the PCM power relay it powers the coil and injectors

I checked power relay it test fine and coil has power to it? Thanks for the quick response !
