I don't know much about cars my heater/ac does not turn on at all I need to know what to do. Also I need to know how to drain the water out of the car.

If u wanna drain it fast just remove the bottom water hose. Or just loosen up the butterfly screw on the bottom of radiator counterclockwise. Most likely the screw is on the right side of radiator if not then ion left. The ac and heater has a fuse possibly is no good.

When you go to drain the coolant be careful!
1) The draining bolt is a plastic Finger tightened piece of junk. Don't turn it too hard to loosen or to re-tighten. It breaks easily, no tools.
2) May be too obvious, but make sure engine is cool, don't get scalded
