I added a new stereo and amp to my car and I am hearing a wining noise ifrom te speaker everytime I ressthe gas. I tried a noi filter an checked the ground but they dont seem to solve the problem cn you help?

Remove the ground wire from the amp. Use sand paper to remove paint from your ground connection. You have to see bare (and I mean bare metal), before you reattach the ground wire to the bolt. You may also want to reduce the gain on the amplifier to match the resistance to your engine noise.
