Hi my name ricky. I've recently replace the fuel pump and now the car dose not want to start unless I spray stater fluid into the throttle body

Check the fuel pressure if it's within specs.

Check the fuel pressure regulator for vacuum and make sure it is within specs. Also make sure to keep the plugs clean because starting fluid can cause them to foul out
