I have a crank no start condition. EFI system. The motor may occasionally try to start but only for a second then die. I have spark at all cylinders. The pump relay is turning on the pump and I've replaced the fuel filter. I checked the fuel pressure and notice the pressure very slowly rising to 35 psi instead of rising quickly. I determined it was a weak fuel pump. Replacing the pump did not fix the problem. Next, I replaced the fuel pressure regulator. This did not work.

Fuel pressure shold be 35-45 with key on engine off an d30-45 engine running at idle. Scan for codes. Check dist cap for cracks and carbon tracing

With 300k you might have a low compression issue. I would check the compression which will tell you if the timing chain has jumped. Here is a guide to help you with the test.
