Exhaust manifold replacement?

How do I get the nut back on the middle bolt? Rachet wrench won't tighten it and I can't get my fingers in there for it to even just stay on for me to gradually tighten with the one finger that I can fit down in there...

You might want to try a ratcheting wrench which will help in tight spots. Can you upload a picture of what you are dealing with? Here is what the manual says how to do the job. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
