1996 Honda Civic Recently Noticed Car Making Whislting Noise Only Hear Inside

recently i have noticed my car making a whislting noise. I can only hear it from the inside of the car yet it follows the pattern of the rpm's. I have checked the intake, hoses, and exhaust. The fluids are all fine and the car seems to be running perfectly fine.
