Looking at the video, it appears to have quite a bit of damage.
Besides the injectors, you will need to have the wiring harness for them and might need the engine harness as well. Of course, the fuel lines and the fuel pressure regulator.
I agree with you on the video, the best course of action would be to go to a junk year or one of those pick n pull places where you can remove the parts that you need from vehicles and take off the items that are burnt.
As for the cost, it will depend on what all the parts have been replaced.
But if you were to take this to a shop it is easily a few thousand dollar's worth of repair.
