My 95 4runner is unable to start on the first-fifth go. It cranks normally but the car fails to turn on until I crank it about 8 times. Is it possible that my spark plugs are worn/fuel pump issue? Or can this be a whole different problem? All fuses are fine by the way. Thanks in advance.

you have to start by scanning for codes and checking fuel pressure with a gauge, auto parts rent it. It may be low fuel pressure and or bad pump. changing spark plugs would help but not make it start faster as they are probably worn out . fp should be 33-37 w/vacuum at idle and 38-44 w/o
