Engine cranks over but shows no sign of spark I grounded both the coil wire and the number one spark plug wire to ground while cranking engine no spark present, also the fuel pump relay does not trigger nor does the fuel pump run during the cranking cycle. There is 12 volt constant voltage to the fuel pump relay, but there is no voltage signal during the two or three seconds delay when the key is first turned on nor is there voltage to the fuel pump during the cranking cycle, fuel pump will only run when you remove the relay and jumper terminal number 30, but the engine still will not start due to lack of spark from the ignition. I have replaced the distributor the coil and ignition module fuel pump in the tank as well as the PCM module with good used tested parts and still no change. Is it possible that a faulty crank position sensor can cause lack of fuel pump voltage signal as well as lack of ignition fire?

It will not start until the pcm module you installed in truck is mated to your anti theft system which a mechanic will have to do. Or If you have old pcm reinstall and try another key if you have one. Also check fuses under hood. If you do not have another key you will have to get it scanned to see what has happened to anti theft unit that is preventing it from starting. Some systems shut down fuel, others ignition, and others shut down both.
