Put brand new battery and alternator in because battery light came on off for a couple of days and back on. I tested continuity from alternator to battery nothing. It is not charging battery no fuses are blown and I m at a lose here. Can you help?

Continuity tests are very inaccurate in high-current circuits. All you need is one strand remaining and 99 broken to get a good reading, but you will only be able to pass a tiny amount of current. If "nothing" means you found infinite resistance, there is a break in the circuit running from the generator's output terminal back to the battery. There is a large bolted-in fuse for that circuit.

A better test is to measure voltage in the circuit. You should find full battery voltage on the generator's output terminal all the time. If that is missing, there is a break in that wire including that fuse.
