A/C, heater, radio, front passenger and rear driver blinkers do not work?

I had my transmission rebuilt after 6 months of sitting in my driveway. When I got it back the A/C and Heater didn’t work. The Radio doesn’t work. The front passenger and rear driver blinkers don’t work. The front left headlight doesn’t work even after bulb replacement. The rear left brake light doesn’t get brighter when hitting brakes even after both bulbs replaced. I’ve checked all fuses inside can and in the engine bay and only half get power. Some of the fuses that are getting power even go to the specific things that aren’t working. I’ve tried disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes to reset the computer but still no change.

Yep, it sounds like they left a ground wire off. Here is the location of the grounds for the BCM and PCM in the diagrams below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
