When I turn the key on all dash lights turn on I hear the buzzing sound. It all seems fine but when I go to start it I get nothing. Does not start and I do not hear any clicking noise. What could it be?
My first guess is the starter.

Check battery for condition as well as a parasitic draw. check to see if you can find the buzzing, if a relay pull it out and check with a like relay see if it still does it. It may be a body module problem as well. See link.

I took starter out today and had it tested. They said starter was good. They said it actually sounded strong (Whatever that means).
So I turn key on, all dash lights go on and I hear the buzzing sound. It all seems fine. I turn key and nothing. It does not even make clicking sound when I turn to start it. I am not much of a mechanic but I was told that under hood to check some kind of starting or ignition starting fuse. It is the big square silver looking one. Well I look and I do not see where that big square fuse is at.
Could it maybe be a blade type fuse under dash of truck?

Is there any kind of fuse in my SUV that could be no good and preventing it from starting? Starter is good battery is bout six to eight months old so it is good. Battery terminals are clean. So why will it not start? I had a couple of signs indicating that starter might b going out soon. Although the signs I got seemed like it could be starter going out. And then again it almost seemed like it could be a short. But my first guess was starter because of past experience on other cars have owned through out the past years. So help!

Yes, you may have a fusible link that runs off the battery to power distribution system. When that goes truck will not start but lights and most everything else will work. Sorry I should have sent this earlier. See picture auto parts have them and replace with same size.
