I JUST PUT IN A NEW FUEL PUMP, FILTER.

WHEN IT IS COLD IT WILL START AND RUN BUT AFTER IT WARMS UP IT WILL DIE AND NOT WANT TO START, SEEMS LIKE IT IS STARVING FOR FUEL. IM LOST

Welcome to the forum, any trouble codes? If the coolant temp sensor is faulty, it can cause a lot of problems? I mention that because your problem seems to be temp related. Also, you might use a gage and check fuel pressure.
