Driver side window not working

Driver side window doesn’t go down. new regulator and master window switch. i noticed on replacing window switch there is no green wiring clip in the wires there is a few black ones and a blue one there is a spot on the switch that says green. I have looked and no cut wires or anything every other button works just not driver window? TIA

I am not sure I follow what what you are seeing. Can you get a picture of this clip that you are talking about?

I included wiring diagram. Let me know if your wiring matches this diagram. If not, let's just go to the window motor and measure voltage when pressing up and down switch. We could have an issue with the switch or the door module so let's just start with this and go from there.

Lastly, can you let me know when this started? Did you just buy this vehicle or was it working and just stopped one day?
