I am having a problem with my front passenger window were I cannot put it down from the controls on the driver side door, but it still works fine with the controls on the passenger door.

It may be the switch is bad on drivers side as that is master switch. check with a test light or volt meter see if it is sending power. if not that there may be a broken wire either in drivers door to jamb or pass door. it should be scanned for codes though to make sure a module is not bad and a mechanic has to do that.
