Not sure if this will help anyone, but this thread has helped me finally figure out my issue. I had pretty much taken the front half of the car apart. I opened the rear hatch and wiggled the wires at the rubber hose connection in between the door and the car and the locks started kind of working! I slid the rubber part back and discovered six severed wires and a couple others smashed together. I separated everything and the locks all work! I'm now in the process of reconnecting everything now! Thank you and hope this helps someone.

Hey Doug and Ken. I’m sorry I never got back and answered with the fix. It was exactly what Doug said. The wiring loom between the body and rear hatch had several broken wires in it, which by the time it was found had burnt out the BCM. So not only did I have to pay for the BCM, labor, and wiring repair but it also shorted out the rear hatch lock so I had to get that as well. I have since gotten rid of the vehicle.

Better late than never. Those areas on the harness that move cause a lot of issues. Sorry to hear you had to replace the BCM as well but at least you found it. I have a 14 Journey myself and have repaired the harnesses on 3 of the doors so far, The hatch harness is next as it lost the rear wiper park function a week ago.
Thanks for the update.
