2005 Dodge Stratus Two Wheel Drive Automatic 48269 miles

2005 dodge stratus and I brought a cig lighter and work for two days and now the socket lighter or power acess dosnt work and power lock window button doesn not work also all this happen when broght the puch in lighter. Can some help

Check the fuses in the car and under the hood.

What are you using the lighter socket for? If for a lighter, the lighter element is likely shorted. If you added it to an existing circuit, that circuit might not be designed for that much current. If you're using it for power, such as for a cell phone charger, the plug can short the socket due to the safety items built into the socket. It all depends on the orientation of the plug when you push it in.

If you're just using the socket for a power outlet, replace it with another power outlet, not a lighter socket.

It came with a lighter socket and I put in cig lighter in the sock and does not does not work now I check the fuse under the dash bord and the all good I lift the hood and check the fuse they good can it be some relay in the fuse box.
