Transmission problems 1990 Spirit

Good day

Hope someone could help me on this one, I have a 1990 spirit, that only work on second gear, never shift to the next gear, does not shift, starts in second and keep it all the way, I only have two gears, second and reverse.

Took the car to the transmission workshop, and they said that the transmission module is failing, I change the module but the car still has no shifting.

the car did sit for 1 year

my question is what can I do to fix my car?

Dodge Spirit LE
year 1990
Engine V6 3.0 Mitsubishi
mileage 75588 miles
Automatic Transmission Just rebuilt 2 weeks ago for the same problem

I have one question, What kind of tranys fluid did they use? I can tell you if they used ATF mecron III fluid isnt the proper kind of tranny fluid, ATF +3 is what needs to be inside that tranny, The ATF+3 costs a little bit more money, Dodge products is picky.
