1993 Dodge Spirit Head gasket?

Engine problem
1993 Dodge Spirit 4 cyl Automatic 55000 miles

I am losing a lot of oil and antifreeze. There is no colored smoke coming from the exhaust but I did notice a whiteish build up under the oil cap. That is telling me it has to be a leaking head?

I have only done small repairs on my car so changing a head gasket is completely new to me. Where can I find a guide to doing this?

Before you teardown the engine, get a pressure test on the cooling system, the white colored oil in small amounts under the fill cap can also be an indication you need a new PCV! Also do a block test on the radiator, this will show any exhaust gases in the coolant. Test twice, fix once.
