Was driving home from work, truck started sputtering, died and hasn't started since.
Have spark to plugs, have power to all the fuel injectors. I put new plugs, new wires, new coil, new distributor cap, new rotor on.

It cranks fine, just won't kick over. Has full tank of gas. When I crank it, I can smell gas after a few cranks. I checked all fuses and relays. I don't believe it's the computer as the check engine light will come on when I turn the ignition to on and it will go out after a minute or so.

No I have done a pressure test. Since the truck won't start, do I just put the gage on the fuel rail and turn the ignition on to get a reading.

More or less yes. It does have to ba pressure tester for fuel injection not carburated. Then you connect it to the service port on the rail (looks like a tire valve) and turn the key on see what the pressure is and then crank it and see what it does. Get back to me with what you find.
