Wont start it's cold where I am like -20?

Ok well it's cold where I am like -20 so I was told to put some meth-hydrate in tank. Just a bit, the car ran fin and the next morning all I get is a clicking sound when I try to start the car. I don't think it's battery and it's only a 2003 dodge SX. What could it be? I hope it wasn't the fluid I put in the car. I just filled the tank before I put the methal hydrate in.

Check the battery or try to get a jump if not check starter, go for the battery 1st

Yep, it sounds like the battery is weak and needs to be replaced, but this video can help confirm the issue as well
