2002 Dodge Neon

the fisrt problem I got was the seatbelt light flashing, then the speedodometer started working erratically then stopped working . then the temp guage stopped working followed by the rest of the cluster
every one them just flashes including the overhead light. so I have to remove # 11 fuse.

Sounds like the inst. cluster driver has gone bad. Most often the repair is to replace the cluster. You should be able to find a used one if you search around.
