Power Lock and Electric Problem

Dodge, Intrepid ES, 1997, 144,000 not sure of engine size

Here are my 2 problems, when I was driving the Electric shut down on my car ( power windows, ac would not work) the ABS and air bag lights came on, after about 25 seconds the problem stopped and my elecrtic returned. This is the second time this has happened
My other question is, when I use my power locks to open, the drivers side lock makes a funny noise and does not open the other 3 doors do unlock. I can lock the car with no problem using power locks.

Any Ideas????

For youre power door lock issue, I would thing youre power aculator motor that moves lock & unlock has failed, New is needed, Also electric shut down u are having could be a problem with youre battery, Could have a cel dead, Cause the battery not to allow other electronics to function properly. Just make sure youre battery is full charged, Also alternator is charging the battery as well.
