Power Lock and Electric Problem

Dodge, Intrepid ES, 1997, 144,000 not sure of engine size

Here are my 2 problems, when I was driving the Electric shut down on my car ( power windows, ac would not work) the ABS and air bag lights came on, after about 25 seconds the problem stopped and my elecrtic returned. This is the second time this has happened
My other question is, when I use my power locks to open, the drivers side lock makes a funny noise and does not open the other 3 doors do unlock. I can lock the car with no problem using power locks.

Any Ideas?
