I had to jump my car off twice yesterday, I put a brand new battery in it, and I still had to jump it off this morning. When I try to crank it, it makes a clicking noise and it sounds like it's coming from the opposite side the battery is on under the hood.

The clicking noise you hear is from the starter motor. It doesn't have enough electrical power with a low/dead battery to turn over the engine to start it. You need to get your charging system checked out. It is quite possible that the alternator is not charging the battery and will need to be replaced.
