The front heater will blow warm air after vehicle is warmed up and only on fan speed 1. If you turn it up any higher it blows cold air as if the heater core is not getting hot enough, have recently replaced radiator and headgaskets due to headgaskets blown. Had a shop do this. Also the rear heat does not work it blows outside temp air all the time. Please help me with this situation. Thank you in advance.

Are you sure the coolant is full? Also, with the engine hot, running and the heater on, do both heater core hoses get hot?

It is normal for the return to be a little cooler, but does it feel like the coolant may be taking too long to get through because the core is plugged? If not, have you checked the blend door?
