1991 Dodge Dakota 174000 miles
As you drive most vehicles you can fill resistance
on the steering wheel to give it a more filling, but on
this Dakota that resistance has gone away, and now it
Steers very fast and at 65 + miles per hour is very dangerous, I don't know if I should replace the pump
or the steering sector or is there a valve somewear that is stuck
can you help me?

sounds like the valve in the pump may be stuck, giving it full pressure all the time.

Take a look at the u-joint connection at the base of the steering column, but under the hood. Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth and check for play there.
