I just installed a crate 360 in my dodge. Drove it bout 1,500 miles with no leak now oil pours out of pan very fast when I start it.I have lowered the pan 4 times and put red seal a gasket with no luck. Why would it pour out so fast the gasket looked fine and was brand new. Is there presure in the pan?(Crossed vacum line?) Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check PCV system if blocked pressure builds. Also was windage tray on engine? Did you use old pan?

New PCV but does it pull air out of engine is there suction? When first installed pan did you use just a gasket and no red silicone? What torque was on pan bolts?

I didnt check for suction from pcv valve and I just dabbed red silicone to hold the gasket in place and I torqued the bolts to spec per the manual. Is it easier to raise the motor or drop the tranny to get the pan off I have to replace the gasket it now I tore it a little the last time I dropped the pan?

Remove dist cap, remove motor mount bolts, remove exhaust pipe. Raise engine, remove pan
Do not use red silicone on new gasket use brush tack or 3M weatherstrip adhesive. Also when pan is off eye ball down pan on side to engine if bolt holes are raised need to pound flat. Place piece of metal or large punch in vise run pan bolt holes over and tap flat.
