Radiator fan won't work!HELP!

My moms 1997 dodge caravan's fans were straight wired because someone was to lazy to fix them. My father-in-law just replaced to sensor that controls them but they still wont come on. Can someone give me an idea what to do? I tried to find a wiring diagram but I cant unless I pay for it and I cant pay for it. Please help! I not sure the mileage but it is a 2.4L 4 cylindermotor.

When the relay and wiring checks out pay close attention to the computer. Please see the cooling fan wiring diagrams below.
