You need to test it before replacing anything. First try jumping power and ground directly to the motor to see if it works. If it does, then test for power and ground arriving at the motor to determine which is missing so we will know what direction to pursue next.

Air Conditioning problem
2005 Dodge Caravan Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75,000 miles

Recently the front blower for the a/c will not blow in any position. Low or high. The rear blower is functioning fine. We removed the blower and tested it with a battery and it works fine - wondering if it is a switch or what other things could be wrong. Also, the light on the button that has the air circulate internally vs pulling in outside air flickers. The dealership in our area says they can order a switch for $183 and that a switch and the button I mentioned are on the same oval device. They did say we might just need the computer reset - insight?

A simple, reliable, uncomplicated switch doesn't work anymore. Your switch is part of the HVAC computer. They don't give a lot of trouble, but neither did plain old switches and cables. The only difference is computers are expensive.

Double check the fuses, but suspect a defective computer.

I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, and the front AC blower does not work. The back blower works fine. What steps do I need to take to troubleshoot this problem?

Could be a resister, a switch, or the blower itself, that is if it has to seperate blowers, im not sure how the vans are set up, I would check the reisistor first though.
