No starter?

Hello,
Ok I started my van, it ran for like 5 seconds, then I turned it off, started it again and then it did the same thing. I turned it off, turned it back on, nothing, it won't crank or anything. Also when I tried turning the key on and off 3 times to try to get the code that wouldn't work either because the check engine light went off and didn't come back on like it should have. Could it be a fuse or maybe my starter? Any and all help would be greatly greatly appreciated. I have just this vehicle and no way to get to work. Thanks in adavance.

Hello, you could check the fuses inside and in the power center near the battery. A 3 amp fuse number 7 may be blown, the PCM fuse could be blown. After that you will need to start testing for voltages at the switch, relay, and PCM, ok.
