1995 Dodge Caravan No Spark

Replaced cam sensor--crank sensor--coil pack and still no spark. The dark green/orange wire to coil pack has power momentarily when key is turned on (11.4 volts) but no power after key is on for a second and left on (put my meter on MAX reading to capture the voltage.

Anyone have any idea of why no spark?

Inspect and test the ASD relay it powers the colis thru the dark green and orange wire
