Nope, you do not have to code the fuel injectors to the ECM.

But the ecm throw the dtc P268A. Is this have a relation with injectors programming?

P268a “fuel injection calibration not learned/programmed”

The ECM might need to go through a relearn procedure to properly calibrate the fuel injectors. This can often be done with a professional scan tool. Here’s a general outline:
Step 1: Turn the ignition to the "ON" position (engine off) for about 10 seconds.
Step 2: Turn the ignition to the "OFF" position for about 10 seconds.
Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 a couple of times.
Step 4: Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
Step 5: Perform a test drive to see if the code returns.
