Have you checked to confirm it's getting fuel and spark to the engine? Take a look through this first link. It discusses the most common causes of a crank no start condition.

Also, try this. See if it will start for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does, then we know it's a fuel related issue. If it still doesn't start, then it is most likely ignition related.
Here are a couple links that explain how to check for ignition spark and how to check fuel pressure. However, if you try the starting fluid, it will most likely point me in the right direction.

Let me know what you find. If there is no spark, then we need to check the crankshaft position sensor. Also, if you have a scanner, see if there are any diagnostic trouble codes stored.
