Car Won't Start After It Has Been Driving

OK So My Car will start up just fine when it has not been driven in a while when ever I drive it And the coolant temp reaches half way up the meter I turn it off and try to turn it back on I only here one click it doesn't turn over when I let it cool down about half of what the temp that it wouldn't start was it will start but it takes like 2 hours Brand new battery the shop said they couldn't see anything wrong with it other than maybe the starter may have to be replaced

When it doesn't start, check for spark and fuel.

Just to add to this one sounds like a bad starter really common on that car with those symptoms. When it wont turn over see if there is power at the purple wire at the starter. If there is bad starter.
