crankshaft reprogramming?

How do I reprogram my car after changing the crankshaft.

If the crankshaft is a factory part there is no programming needed as there are no adjustable parts. If you meant a crankshaft position sensor then you may need to erase the learned values for the old one, for that you need a scan tool that can erase them.
