It sounds like you got the PCM relay wet.
Here is a guide and a diagram of where the relay is. Also, I would check the connector for the ignition module connector for moisture.

I blew out ignition module connector also replaced module it was tested and was bad. Did you mean EEC or ECC not exactly sure everything I looked for was EEC.

O ya it could be bad here is a test you can use to check and bypass it just to see if the engine starts.

Also remove the connectors from the ECM and see if there is moisture in there as well.
