Engine cranks but will not start?

Turn the car off went back maybe 30 minutes later try to start it, it wouldn't start. could not hear the fuel pump kicking on. So, I replaced the fuel pump, checked all the fuses and the relays and they were fine. still won't start. I still can't hear the fuel pump kicking on. don't know if there's a shut-off switch because no one seems to do that.

It sounds like the fuel pump relay went out, here is the location so you can swap it out. Also, I have included a guide to go over.
