The truck listed above has a 5.4 3V.
I need help!

My husband driving home from work started losing power at idle. He was close to home, so he made it the short distance. Code P1093. Replaced the fuel pressure sensor and fuel filter and it ran fine for 40 miles. Then started running really rough again, shut off on the side of the freeway, and towed it home. P2106 (limp mode) and P0102.
Replaced:
-fuel pressure sensor
-fuel filter
-fuel pump driver module
-crankshaft position sensor
-camshaft position sensor
-cleaned MAF and throttle body
-changed all spark plugs
The truck will crank fine but very hard to start. If it starts at all it won't stay running. Sputters and shuts off. If rpm's drop below 2k it sputters out. Can keep running for a little while but have to have constant pressure on gas pedal. OBD scanner shows 44 PSI fuel pressure. No codes. Fuel pump clicks on when key turned. You can hear injectors kick on with pedal.
I am desperate for advice on how to resolve this!

Sure, I can tell you that cleaning the MAF when it has a code will not help, you need to replace it.

P1093 - Fuel Rail Pressure Low During Power Enrichment

P2106: This code indicates that the Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) system has forcibly limited the power of the engine.

P0102: This code signifies a problem with the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor circuit, indicating that the circuit has low input.

Did you clear the codes after the fuel pressure sensor? The new sensor might be defective, and this will make the truck run poorly. Also, I have seen the throttle body wear out where cleaning will not help it as well. Is the sensor a Ford or Motorcraft product?

Here is how to change out the MAF sensor and throttle body correctly:

This shows the service but never mind that.

Please go over these guides and get back to us.
