Hi,
Often times a loss of spark is due to a failed crankshaft position sensor. This sensor can fail and still not set a diagnostic trouble code.
If you have a live data scan tool, check to see if there is an RPM signal when cranking the engine. If there isn't, that is where I would start. See pic 1 below.
If you have no scanner but the vehicle has a tachometer, see if it moves a little while cranking the engine.
