When trying to start it gives this this sound and engine doesn’t start.

Coolant leak and see blue liquid splash around engine, engine will not start?

Hi,
What sound does it produce when trying to restart it? Also, the blue liquid, is that the coolant you are referring to?
Is it possible for you to record the sound and upload it for me to hear? That may be helpful. As far as the coolant is concerned, by chance was the engine overheated prior to the issue. How much coolant has been lost?
