The Climate Control Unit worked the day before and then the next morning the display had no power along with the external temperature display on the dashboard. Eventually the temperature started to work but it is not giving accurate temperature. All fuses and relays have been checked or switched but there was no changes. I replaced Climate Control and outside temperature sensor with working units from another 2004 Pilot but the results are the same. Can anyone help with this problem?

Hi,

If you have power, then I suspect you lost the ground or at least a good ground. I attached two pics. The first one simply shows that three different components use the same ground. Two of which are the things you are having trouble with. The second pic shows the ground location. I need you to check the ground location for damage, corrosion, or anything out of place. If it appears good, turn the key on and move it around to see if the climate control unit flickers or turns on.

Let me know what you find.

Joe
