1997 Chrysler Cirrus car turns over but will not start

Is was told that it need a timeing belt. But the is a sticker on the motor saying that one was put on at 89.000 miles. It has a 134.000 on it now. I can hear the fuel pump come on when I turn the key on. Im not sure where to start to get it runing. Thanks Pete

Hi
Does engine turn over faster than it used to?
Check for spark and spray some carb cleaner into throttle body see if it fires?

It seems to turn over low. I got spark and used carb cleaner. Did not fire. I have a new battery. Thanks

So it is turning over slower than normal? Pull the plugs and check compression

I went back and checked for spark. And I dont have any on all plugs.

Is it every other plug not firing? If yes Ohm check wires if good coil maybe faulty
