My van vibrates, sometimes at 50 mph, 60 mph and always above 70 mph and really bad above that speed. I have had the front end checked and parts replaced, several sets of new tires, all balanced, front end alignment, but nothing so far has stopped the vibration. The last set of tires were cupped on the outstide so badly that I couldn't take a slight curve without excessive vibration, but the tires had been rotated several times, so I still don't know which wheel the cupped tire came from. However the toe-in, castor and camber have been checked at the dealer to no avail. I seem to think that its a bent drive shaft, a bad wheel bearing or something of that nature, but the dealer has assured me that these items are fine, but I'm not sure if these items were really checked. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Id get a second opinion on your alignment. Something is causing your tires to wear uneven. *Your caster and camber can vary and still be within acceptable specs. You want your caster and camber at ideal specs. I usually find your best bet is to go to an independent tire and alignment shop. Thats all they do is tires and alignments. It is considerable more work to adjust caster and camber. So id tell the independent your problems and you might be surprised how your truck rides with the alignment perfect, not just acceptable. Feedback and votes are greatly appreciated if I have helped you.
