I've noticed that my 1995 Chevy S10 has a build up of rust colored sludge in the radiator. In addtion, the coolant level rises and falls. There are times when the over flow tank is empty and the radiator is full and then the radiator is only partially full and the over flow tank is filled with rust colored coolant. What's going on and how do I fix it?

Try posting in the GM section. You will get more responces. Try flushing the system first. :)
