1999 Chevy Suburban won't start

I've got 60 psi. Fuel pressure, and also have spark. Engine is 1 1/2 years old. I can't see fuel going through the throttle body. When we crank the engine the pressure reads 46psi.

Does it run ok when you add ether, gas, brakleen?
Sounds like injector(s), sorry, but I'm unfamiliar w/ system.

Barely starts with ether, ran for about 4 secs.

It was a distributor cap/moisture and green in it thanks.
