Ok so I have a 99 suburban It had a cracked head and some gaskets leaking so I replaced the engine w/ a new one from chevy. Now it wont start I have timed it 100 times, replaced the cam and crank sensors, checked for spark on every wire, checked that there is signal going to the injectors, brand new plugs, and tried a new coil. I am fishing for any ideas that might help me figure out why it wont start.

So your not getting spark? Check all the grounds there is one that goes from the back of the head to the firewall. This ground sometimes get over looked and can cause a no spark condition. If that does work tryusing a jumper ground from battery. Put it in different locations to see if it starts.

Was it a crate engine? Ie. Complete. Is there fuel pressure? Spark at plugs? Have you checked compression?
