Hello,
It sounds like you have a fuel issue. As you can start it with manually adding gas, so we know the spark is there.
You could have a faulty fuel pump, bad relay or a clogged line.
First check the fuel pump relay. The relay is located in the junction box under the hood (see diagram below).
Test the relay.

It might be a good idea to change out the in line fuel filter. It is a regular maintenance item.
