If I pour gas in the intake it starts til the gas is gone from up there and then will not restart. Is the problem fuel or fire? If so what would it be and where do I locate it?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a fuel issue. As you can start it with manually adding gas, so we know the spark is there.

You could have a faulty fuel pump, bad relay or a clogged line.
First check the fuel pump relay. The relay is located in the junction box under the hood (see diagram below).
Test the relay.

Here is a helpful guide of how to do that:

It might be a good idea to change out the in line fuel filter. It is a regular maintenance item.

I have attached the fuel pump and fuel filter replacement diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
